APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

Applications are given to local funeral homes and hospitals to distribute as needed. Once a family in need has applied, our non-profit verifies the information with the funeral home.
Our foundation's mission and charter specifically authorize us to provide financial support only toward verified funeral expenses. Our role is to confirm that there is an outstanding funeral bill without insurance coverage and to provide assistance for that amount.

Any additional fundraising or support the family receives from other individuals, organizations, or community efforts is entirely separate and does not impact our assistance. Families often face unexpected costs during loss from missed work to meals, flowers, and other arrangements. Outside support is both common and welcome. Our focus remains solely on covering the verified funeral expense.
